Meet Burak
When I was 14, I fixed a classmate’s mouse with Q-tips and rubbing alcohol. That first “service call” included potato chips, secret crush talk, and the start of a friendship. I realized helping others was the best way to connect.
At 19, I took the leap and started Chat Tech. A couple years later, a client handed me a t-shirt embroidered with “computer teacher.” His point stuck: I wasn’t just fixing things, I was guiding people. That’s when I found my true calling.
More than 20 years later, my belief hasn’t changed: technology isn’t about machines, it’s about empowering people. Like wiring in the walls, it should be invisible but reliable, freeing you to create your bigger story.
My role is to make tech simple, clear, and human — building solutions that fit you perfectly, not the other way around.
